Automatic investing
Define your investment parameters once and let the platform work for you, automatically and transparently.
We have built an order automation tool so you can, if you wish, define your investment parameters and invest automatically. Configure your criteria and every time a project that meets them is published, the investment will be made as long as you have available balance.
Only if you have balance and it matches your selected criteria
The investment is made only when you have available balance in your wallet.
Notifications
You receive a notice for each automatic investment and see it reflected in your portfolio.
Control
You can turn the tool on or off whenever you need to.
How it works in 4 steps
Go to your profile and enable the feature from the "automatic investments" section.

Real estate investing:
Set your Real Estate Investment preferences. Enter the maximum amounts you want to allocate by operation term and risk rating (AAA, A, B or C).
Then set the interest rate limits (minimum and maximum), define the minimum amount per investment and set the maximum term in months.

Business investing:
Set your Business Investment preferences. Enter the maximum amounts you want to allocate by operation term and risk rating (10-5).
Then set the interest rate limits (minimum and maximum), define the minimum amount per investment and set the maximum term in months. Finally, define the limit per group and per borrower.

Before activating this feature you will need to sign the automatic investment management agreement.
Every time a project matching your criteria is published, the investment is made automatically. You will receive a notification and can see it in your portfolio.
You can turn the tool on or off whenever you need and, as always, check your investments from your private area or in your "Investment" movements.
Access your private area, sign the automatic investment management agreement and start investing according to your criteria.
